In addition, maintain sufficient patient flow by coordinating and monitoring patient schedules; verify insurance coverage and necessary authorizations of services, demonstrate competency in registration process, initiate, prepare and maintain medical records, schedule future tests/appointments and retrieve results. Must be able to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner, demonstrate proper phone technique and etiquette as well as maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Will provide other clerical and clinical support as needed.
