Job Summary: Provide administrative support to the Department of Advanced Practice to ensure efficient and effective day to day operations of divisional and clinical activities and in support of departmental goals and objectives. Responsibilities include: Manage office support and human resource activities, update and maintain policies, protocols, departmental files, and the APS website. Develop and maintain divisional/productivity quality data, perform data collection, create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, databases and related systems to support goals, objectives and program development. Coordinate monthly grand rounds, manage calendar scheduling and provide administrative support to committees; prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, finalize and distribute minutes, and track follow up to meeting outcomes. Maintain a professional and confidential work environment. Complete other responsibilities and projects as delegated/assigned. 
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field with a minimum of one-year administrative experience (preferably in a health care organization) or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel. Experience with updating and maintaining websites. Significant organizational, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills required.
