Job Summary: The Center For International Health (Global Health) Team Leader will be responsible for providing day to day leadership and support to the Center For International Health Clinic. The Team Leader will oversee and participate in all related Center For International Health administrative duties, including providing guidance and support to staff as needed. Will develop staff schedules, participate in recruitment, orientation and performance management processes and assure procedures are complete and current. Will oversee budgets, optimize billing and productivity. Will monitor and instruct staff to ensure smooth high customer service standards. Creates optimal customer service initiatives to improve availability and access to the patients we serve. Must be innovative in creating solutions to this vulnerable population. Team Leader will be required to work directly with a multi-disciplinary team including Medical Director, Providers, Social Worker and nursing staff in an effort to provide comprehensive care for this patient population.
Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree and three years relevant administrative experience, preferably in a hospital or medical office setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational and computer skills, and previous supervisory experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with working with the refugee population and non-English speaking patients preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and customer service training is preferred.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, some weekends
