Job Summary: Routine lab maintenance and experimental procedures. Carry out experiments to examine role of yeast V-ATPase in pH homeostasis using established protocols. Duties also include but are not limited to the preparation and sterilization of reagents, buffers, and media for growth of E. coli and yeast cells and experimental procedures to include basic molecular biology, yeast strain construction, and biochemical assays using established procedures.   Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in biochemistry, chemistry, biology or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Work Days:

Monday-Friday (days) with possible weekends
