Job Summary: To assist the PI in carrying out experiments to study DNA double strand break formation and genome instability in various cell line models.  Routine experiments include analysis of genomic DNA and agarose gel electrophoresis, PCR, western blots, and immunofluorescence.  Additional roles include preparing NextGen sequencing libraries for experiments including RNA-seq and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)-seq.  Sequencing data analysis not required but can be trained.  Candidates must be well organized, detail-oriented, and be able to maintain impeccable experimental records.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field.
