Job Summary: Responsible for all aspects Admissions and Recruitment for MS, PhD, MD/PhD programs and processes. Maintain MD/PhD program website, brochure, and other marketing materials. Maintain CGS brochure and marketing material. Administratively managing the overall daily operation of the MD/PhD program under the guidance of the program co-directors. Counsel MD/PhD students on policies and procedure of the program and track progress. Process all HR and payroll for MD/PhD students and process travel paperwork for students and co-directors. Draft program policies and procedures with input from the co-directors, keeps faculty apprised of policies and procedures and follow up on actionable items. Track MD/PhD alumni and maintain alumni database. 
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree plus one year of responsible administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Ability to handle multiple priorities, excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal, computer and organizational skills required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working in an academic setting and experience with recruitment preferred.

Monday- Friday, Days
