Job Summary:
Serves as assistant/coordinator to the Department's Interventional Radiology Residency Program Director and Medical Student Teaching Program Director.  Will perform the following major duties:  Answering, researching and responding to phone inquiries; coordinating, organizing and managing schedules and calendars; scheduling meetings; preparing and distributing agendas and meeting minutes; create and maintain databases and systems relating to data collection and report for the IR residency program; maintains confidential paper and electronic files; acts as a liaison between radiologists, department, campus and external contacts.  Will work closely with the IR Residency Program Director and the Medical Student Teaching Program Director to provide instruction and guidance to residents and medical students in regard to day-to-day activities.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree and 1 year of relevant experience in a in a supervisory/administrative capacity in a healthcare setting OR an Associates degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory/administrative capacity in a healthcare setting required.  Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication and computer skills. Residency program experience preferred.
Work Days:

Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week.  Specific hours to be determined.
