Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator processes referrals, schedules appointments and communicates with providers and patients. Designs and manages program schedules for more than 20 providers including NPs, MDs, residents and Quality Assurance. Coordinates with multiple SUNY campuses, assists with establishing administrative protocols and referral processes. Will obtain software and connection access for all program providers and participants. Arranges communication protocols; source and order equipment/software. Responsible for creating and monitoring provider workflows, onboarding of new employees, training new providers and administrative staff, and generating financial contracts. Responsible for administration of the EMR and technical training of others on the EMR (Titanium). Will also be responsible for collecting and reporting utilization data.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree and 3 years relevant administrative experience in a healthcare related setting or Bachelors degree and 1 year relevant administrative experience in a healthcare related setting required. Excellent written/oral communication, ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities, organizational, analytical and computer skills required. Proficiency in Titanium and MS Office software required.
