Job Summary: Will mix chemotherapy drugs as ordered by physicians, oversee safe mixing and handling of chemotherapeutic agents and provide ongoing education and oversight of drug management to staff and patients, management of oral drug dispensing program. Need excellent communication skills, precise attention to detail, and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Dispenses and compounds prescribed medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals for patient care, according to professional standards and State and federal regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, NYS license and one year of experience required. 
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience mixing chemotherapeutic agents, experience with clean room procedures, some retail pharmacy experience and use of a lynx machine preferred.
Work Days:

Monday Through Friday Daytime Hours
