Job Summary: Will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and support to the Radiology Call Center.  The Team Leader will participate in all related Call Center duties, including providing guidance and support to staff as needed.  Facilitates open lines of communication with staff, supervisor, technologists, nursing, radiologists, patients and families.  Create optimal customer service initiatives to improve availability and accessibility to radiology procedures.  Clearly defines scheduling parameters to ensure proper application and distribution across modalities.  Must be innovative in creating solutions to optimize service to internal and external customers.
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and three years relevant administrative experience (preferably in a hospital or medical call center), or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Excellent written/oral communication, organizational and computer skills required. Supervisory experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of radiological procedures, medical terminology and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday - Specific Hours to be Determined.
