Job Summary:

Will be responsible for the coordination of Clinical Laboratory Support Assistant staff and their performance of laboratory specimen receipt, order accessioning, labeling, delivery, report preparation and answering phone calls. Organizes Clinical Laboratory Support Assistant staffing, reviews work, performs training and competency, and completes variance reports. Communicates regularly with supervisors and manager to provide section updates and share information. 
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Science or related field (Biology/Chemistry) or equivalent combination of education and experience required, preferably related to a medical field. Must possess excellent communication, customer service, and prioritization skills.  
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior clinical laboratory experience, working knowledge of computerized hospital/laboratory information systems, and understanding of medical terminology preferred.

Monday - Friday, Days
