Job Summary:

Extensive experience with recording of single neuron human neurophysiology. This individual will be responsible for developing a single neuron neurophysiology program in collaboration with the Neurosurgeon and principle investigator.
Expertise with human brain function and neurological disorders.
Expertise with Granger casualty methods, Spike Field Coherence and population level analysis methods such as dPCA and decoding.
Must have advanced MATLAB programing skills including:
" EEG and LFP signal analysis, ERP, time frequency analysis, Independent Component Analysis, Directed Transfer Function, Wavelets.
" Parametric and nonparametric statistic
" Expertise with EEGLAB
" Expertise with eConnectome, Fieldtrip
" Machine learning
" Dimensionality reductions
" Spike sorting

Will provide teaching and mentoring to graduate students and neurosurgery residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

PhD in Experimental Biology
