Job Summary:

Will be responsible for training an assigned EMR application in a classroom setting and assisting in go-live events; preparing training materials for end-users; train specific end-user classes based on role, workflows, and the application to ensure end-users have a good understanding how to perform their job functions using the tools within the application; ensure that end-user questions/concerns are addressed either at the time of class or documenting them on a parking lot board and ensuring follow up is provided prior to the end of class or after class; ensure that all end-users complete in class exercises, proficiency exams, as well as course surveys; participating in end-user support and will be scheduled as support resources alongside the application teams; post live and ongoing training for new end-users as they enter the system as well as any necessary training related to optimization or application upgrades; brings forth issues/concerns as necessary in a timely manner; continued active involvement after implementation by coordinating the implementation of any change requests made to existing applications as well as educating end-users on changes; reviews release notes and prepares for and implements planned upgrades; follows established program and departmental policies, procedures, and technical standards; and related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and two years relevant experience (preferably in healthcare, finance, IT or education) or Associates degree and four years relevant experience (preferably in healthcare, finance, IT or education), excellent presentation, interpersonal, written/oral communication, analytical, organizational, and computer skills required. 
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous classroom training experience preferred.

Work Days:

Monday through Friday Days with off hours support on an occasional basis
