Job Summary: Works collaboratively with referring physician staff and radiology staff to schedule a variety of radiology exams, maximizing schedule and providing excellent patient experience. Appointment scheduling through Epic EMR and Radiant, radiology prior-authorizations, managing incoming and outgoing scheduling calls, scanning, burning
imaging discs, appointment check-ins, co-pay collection. Other duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor. Broad knowledge of insurance carriers, computer literate, self starter. Highly motivated candidates with excellent and outgoing customer service skills required.
Minimum Qualifications:

 2 years experience working in a medical office setting, with at least 1 year experience in scheduling advanced imaging such as MRI or CT scans. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
