Job Summary: Upstate Comprehensive Pain Medicine is looking for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner for our chronic pain clinic. In this position, you will work with our team of expert pain physicians in the diagnosis, management and treatment of chronic pain and work-related injuries. Our commitment to excellence extends to our staff family and we will provide training opportunities for excellent patient care for this unique patient population. This position may be reviewed for full-time hours after approximately a year's time.
Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/registered NP (NYS NP specialty area of certification must be consistent with practice). Must have NPI number and be Medicare Enrolled with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) OR be eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire (eligibility criteria for NP requires National Certification through AANP or ANCC, and Master's Degree). Initial certification must be present or obtained within 6 months of hire. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Pain Management experience is preferred.
