Job Summary: The EAP Coordinator provides confidential interviewing, assessment, information and referral services to NYS employees at Upstate Medical University, their family members and retirees who are experiencing personal problems that may negatively affect their job performance. The Coordinator must comply with all NYS EAP policies and procedures, including but not limited to Confidentiality, Ethical Code of Conduct, Neutrality, and Professional Development Training. This position will deal with highly confidential and sensitive information.
Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in counseling, counseling/clinical psychology, or related field and two years of related work experience. Sensitivity to, and a high regard for, employee confidentiality. Excellent written/verbal communication, computer, problem solving, and organizational skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

LMSW preferred.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm
