Job Summary:

The Advanced Practice Provider will serve as a full-time APP to provide care to patients in the ENT clinic located at 550 Harrison Center.  Responsibilities include providing expert level clinical care & coordination of care via a full range of services, including some minor procedures, that will improve quality of patient care assessing & evaluating patients, ordering appropriate laboratory testing & diagnostic studies, arranging for referrals, testing, consultation & therapeutic services, and maintaining outstanding relationships with families, referring physicians & all members of the health care team.
Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/registered NP or PA required. Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant & current National Certification consistent to the clinical practice also required. CPR-BLS Certification required at the time of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications:

ENT experience preferred.
