Job Summary:

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the University Radiology Associate's team.
Flexible rotation between our Downtown Syracuse location at 550 Harrison and the Camillus location at Township 5. (Plans are underway to open a 3rd location in Verona in 2023.)

  • Responsible for the independent operation of the sonography equipment and for performing and communicating results of the diagnostic exams.
  • Responsibilities for the daily operations which include patient schedules, daily equipment maintenance and QA.
  • Must be able to use independent judgement during the sonographic exam to accurately differentiate between normal and a pathological exam.
  • Obtain appropriate medical history, prepare preliminary reports and communicate findings to the radiologist and referring physician if necessary.
  • Must be a self-starter and work independently
Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved U.S. Department of Education Ultrasound Imaging program. RDMS certification is required.

Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required. 
Preferred Qualifications:

RDMS/RVT and prior experience preferred. 
Work Days:

Monday through Friday 8AM-4:30 PM
