Job Summary: The Assistant Director provides professional management, oversight and guidance to the Physical Plant Maintenance Section and Construction Crew. Responsible for the timely, code-compliant completion of assigned operations, maintenance, repairs assigned special projects and in-house construction projects. Responsible for effective and efficient Maintenance service to all customers. Maintains close working relationships with all program managers and customers. Ensures assigned personnel and fiscal resources are managed to achieve their maximum potential for satisfying staff and customer needs and expectations.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in maintenance management, architecture, engineering, applied sciences (chemistry, physics, etc.) or related and 3 years of supervisory experience in operations, maintenance, construction or related OR Associates Degree in field listed above and 5 years supervisory experience in field(s) listed above required.
