Job Summary:

This position is essential to provide high quality of care to a diverse outpatient population of adults and provide program oversite at the Nappi Health and Wellness which will open in Spring of 2023. Additionally, this position will see patients and coordinate care in the integrated Adult Clinics at Nappi. 

The Program Director is responsible for implementing and overseeing the clinical coordination and treatment management of Nappi patients.  Additional responsibilities include providing day-to-day supervision of the clinical staff.  Consultation and coordination of care with internal/external providers as needed.  Works in a multi-disciplinary setting that includes psychiatrist, psychologist, clinical social workers and nursing.  Must excel in providing patient centered care to support the patient’s recovery.

Minimum Qualifications: PhD or PsyD and NYS licensed (or eligible) Psychologist required (but must receive license within one year of employment.) Mental health experience working with adult patient population required. CPR-BLS required by time of appointment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as Program Director in Ambulatory setting preferred with adult services.
