Job Summary: Performs various duties related to the patient appointment and electronic medical record such as vital signs, problem and medication verification and health history. Ensures smooth provider work flow, problem solving and notifying staff and patients of clinic delays. Capable of collecting lab samples from patients, preform routine lab tests, administer vaccines and medications as ordered. Clean and restock exam rooms, assists providers with procedures. Place calls to pharmacy, patients and other medical providers as directed. Capable of anticipating both provider and patient needs. Good communication skills necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/registered LPN. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in family medical office.
Work Days:

Monday Wednesday Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. no weekends or rotating shifts
