Job Summary: Provide high quality outpatient psychotherapy for youth and young adults at Upstates nationally-recognized Psychiatry High Risk Program (PHRP). The PHRP is an innovative, recovery-based suicide prevention program that uses a multidisciplinary team-based approach to address underlying vulnerabilities and build lasting resilience. The applicant will be expected to provide high quality psychotherapy; collaborate with team members and inpatient providers to coordinate care; and participate in quality in quality improvement protocols to optimize clinical outcomes. A well-qualified applicant will have qualities of kindness, curiosity, openness to new ideas, and ability to collaborate with clients and team members of varying educational and cultural backgrounds. Opportunities are available for continuing education credits, teaching, and career advancement.
Minimum Qualifications:

LCSW required.
Preferred Qualifications:

LCSW with an R-number preferred.

Supervised outpatient clinical experience with both adults and adolescents preferred.

Previous exposure or training in Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy preferred.

Monday thru Friday days
