The Environmental Services Team (EVS) is UPSTATE STRONG! Our team takes care of the health and wellbeing of our patients, families and staff. The EVS team is indispensable to the operation of our healthcare facility as they work to prevent infections in the hospitals.

We are a team of professionals that are responsible for maintaining the hospital’s physical environment. Using specialized cleaning agents and techniques, we clean and sanitize patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, and all other hospital areas. EVS team members maintain the floors, all patient and public areas and when needed perform specialized cleaning services.
