Job Summary:
Responsible for following up on medical claims including but not limited to follow up on claim submissions, investigating patient accounts, resolving denials, and fielding all incoming correspondence. Answering incoming phone calls from patients pertaining to billing, insurance, and payments.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School degree or equivalent and two years clerical support in a medical billing setting. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
