Job Summary:

The Admin Assistant to the Deputy Nursing Director is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and performing a wide variety of administrative and program support activities for the Deputy Directors of Nursing as related to the operational and interdisciplinary needs. Serves as the primary point of operational and administrative contact for the internal and external customers and may serve on a variety of hospital and divisional committees in a support capacity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of administrative experience (preferably in a healthcare environment) required OR equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and computer skills required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace and experience supporting executives or teams. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information. Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
