Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for overseeing all scheduling activities for the department and provides back up support and coverage to the Administrative Specialist and Business Manager.  This role will handle a variety of administrative and clinic matters involving contact with various staff, patients, medical staff, government agencies, insurance carriers and the public. This positions requires knowledge of the insurance authorization process and is expected to perform medical receptionist duties such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and completing forms as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

An associates degree and two years of related experiance or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30 PM
