Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for individuals, both internally and externally, seeking assistance from the Compliance, Privacy & Ethics department. This role uses independent judgement to prioritize and determine level and urgency of responses. Monitors and distributes hotline calls and anonymous email complaints to the appropriate staff member. Acts as a liaison with internal departments to gather information and helps to complete investigative reports. Maintains the CPE dashboard in self-serve and monitors open issues, sends reminders regarding unresolved concerns and ensures timely completion. Helps to support the Officers and staff auditors administratively and with assigned tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree and a minimum of three years relevant experience which includes progressive responsibility and handling highly sensitive and confidential information OR Bachelors Degree and a minimum of one year relevant experience which includes progressive responsibility and handling highly sensitive and confidential information required. Strong organizational and customer skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Ethics, Compliance or Privacy office experience or within an Academic healthcare setting strongly preferred.
Work Days:
M-F 8-4:30
