Job Summary: Responsible for the Administrative support of two fulltime clinical providers. This includes responsibility for obtaining authorizations for all procedural services and diagnostic testing. This includes but is not limited to mailing out all new patient questionnaires, coordinating with staff at clinic locations all necessary supporting documents, and patient schedules, scheduling procedures after obtaining proper authorization, reviewing orders, notes and referrals. Will also be primary backup for other providers as needed. Minimum Qualifications:

 Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and 3-5 years medical secretarial experience with specific focus on authorizations and understanding patient benefits. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to multi task and manage multiple priorities at the same time.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations. The salary range depicted is based on full time, 1.0 FTE and would be prorated accordingly for less than 1.0 FTE.
