Job Summary: The Department of Medicine, Chair's Office, is seeking an organized individual who will coordinate Department of Medicine website development across all divisions within the department. This role works closely with Department Chair's Executive Assistant/Administrative Manager to assist with day-to-day administrative needs. This may include confidential and complex information, such as processing Faculty Promotion and Tenure with the COM. 
Primary Responsibilities:
Department Website Development
Coordinating Faculty Promotion and Tenure Packets with Divisional Administrative Assistants
Meeting Agenda Preparation and Minute Distribution
Coordinating Chairs Office Monthly Grand Rounds with Divisional Administrative Assistants
Coordination of Department Special Events
Chairs Office Daily Administrative Task Cross Coverage
Other Department of Medicine Chairs Office Administrative Assistant Duties as Needed Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and three years of administrative/office management experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.

Monday - Friday daytime hours
