As an After-Hours Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide behavioral health services for adult and/or pediatric patients followed in our Pediatric Behavioral Health After Hours Center and other clinics at the Nappi Wellness Institute. This is an unique opportunity to deliver impactful services during evenings and weekends—when access to care is often most needed. You’ll work closely with patients and families to assess needs, provide therapeutic support, and connect individuals with appropriate resources, playing a vital role in continuity of care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide behavioral health services to adult and/or pediatric patients in primary care and specialty clinics at Nappi Wellness Institute
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive psychosocial support to patients and families
• Conduct behavioral health consultations, assessments, and therapeutic interventions for at-risk patients
• Coordinate care with the Integrated Care Manager and ancillary staff to address patient and family psychosocial needs
• Perform psychosocial assessments, counseling, intervention planning, and referrals
• Deliver care within an integrated care environment, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment
• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups

Minimum Qualifications

NYS (or eligible) licensed Marriage & Family Therapist required by time of appointment. Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field and three years of post-licensure experience providing therapy required.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a LMFT in an ambulatory setting preferred.

Work Days:

• Evening and weekend shifts
• Monday–Friday: Between 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Weekends: Between 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Flexible scheduling within these ranges to include 1 weekend day requirement a week

Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 (based on education and experience)
