Job Summary:

Responsible for the daily operations of Ambassador Services. Major responsibilities include: staff supervision, ensuring smooth visitor clearance and sign-in process, ensuring staff are providing excellent customer service and that staff are completing patient signatures who are in-house from Missing Signs WQ and responsible for overseeing wayfinding and escorting of patients

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree and three years relevant experience in a health care setting (hospital preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with diverse patient populations in a stressful environment required. Prior supervisory experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a healthcare setting.

Work Days:

Day shift with coverage every other weekend and some holidays
