Job Summary:

The Capital Services Manager will oversee the capital and services program, including procurement responsibilities for major upcoming expansion initiatives and ongoing hospital acquisitions. Will be involved in all facets of the contracting and procurement process, and oversee highly complex and large scale transactions including but not limited to: managing capital procurement staff and processes, annual service contracts, software utilizing centralized contracts and miscellaneous procurements, capital equipment purchases, memorandum of understandings, revenue, and special projects as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field and three (3) years of relevant contracting and/or procurement related experience OR Associates Degree in a related field and five (5) years of relevant contracting and/or procurement related experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, data management and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, is required. Results oriented and meets deadlines. Strong analytical, contract, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with contract language and analytics. Relevant experience in a customer service role or hospital and/or State setting. In-depth analytic experience a plus.
