Job Summary:

Perform routine microscopy and FISH testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, while proactively identifying and resolving issues related to testing, workflows, or processes. Maintain a strong understanding of factors that may impact test performance and accuracy of results. Operate under the general supervision of the department supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

NYS License to practice and 4 years of Cytogenetic experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years in chromosome analysis

Work Days:

M-F 8:00-4:30 rotating weekends and holidays
