Job Summary:

The Division of Hematology and Oncology at SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking a talented physician to join our team as Director of the Stem Cell and Cellular Therapy Program. This position is open at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and growth of our program within our expanding division, in collaboration with the Upstate Cancer Center. This is a great opportunity to join a team of experienced staff supporting the development the program. Responsibilities include clinical care, teaching, and the development and management of research studies. The position strongly supports the collaboration with basic science researchers to conduct translational research focused on hematologic malignancy.

The Upstate Cancer Center is the regions most comprehensive resource for cancer care with the regions only stem cell transplant and cellular therapy programs. Clinical research is supported by dedicated Cancer Center personnel and is integrated with robust basic and translational cancer research programs. Minimum Qualifications:

MD/MBBS, BC/BE in Oncology and/or Hematology and NYS license or eligible.

Work Days:

Monday through Friday daytime hours with rotating on-call
