Job Summary: This position will work with and direct multidisciplinary team to establish and implement coordinated care plan for patients requiring musculoskeletal care. Develops treatment plans to relieve, reduce or manage pain and help patients return to everyday activities quickly without surgery or a heavy reliance on medication. Supports PM&R services at University Hospital and outpatient clinical locations as needed. Coordinates care with other community and Upstate Medical University physicians and health care providers. Minimum Qualifications:

Must have NYS License, DEA, and must be board eligible (in the exam process) or board certified

Work Days:

Mon - Fri 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary Range/Pay Rate:

 DOQ
