Job Summary: Will be responsible for providing assistance in performing laboratory testing; receives and accessions specimens for testing; distributes slides; orders supplies; assists with preventive maintenance as assigned; assists with inventory and quality control as assigned; assists with maintenance of accurate manual and computer records for the tasks/procedures listed above; uses the Laboratory Information System; answers phone calls and inquiries; attends meetings and in-services as required.   Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in Science or related field (biology/chemistry) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to distinguish colors required. Preferred Qualifications:

 

Work Days:

2:30pm-11:00pm, weekends and holidays on rotation
