Job Summary:
- Provide leadership & develop the critical care transport education programs
- Identify, develop, manage, deliver, and evaluate critical care transport educational programs and related materials.
- Determine curriculum objectives, goals, and evaluation tools; analyze and assess program outcomes.
- Develop course materials including publications, web content, and presentations.
- Review and maintain program compliance.
- Develop and implement marketing plans for educational programs and services
- Plan and manage budgets for programs and services to meet assigned income and program targets; identify and pursue funding opportunities
- Generate and prepare reports; gather and analyze data and make data-informed recommendations
- Cultivate, develop, and maintain relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and businesses on the local and national level
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies to promote programs; oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, advertising, etc.
- Design layout and format of project-related documents, web content, and materials
- Represent UEMS Education at internal and external meetings with stakeholders
- Recruit, oversee and mentor CCT program staff; direct workflows and assignments; performance evaluation, and training functions; and provide development opportunities.
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve income and revenue goals
- Evaluate, develop, recommend, implement, and administer policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
- Develop business relationships with key community stakeholders; collaborate with academic leadership, regional, and University-wide units to implement programs.
- Work strategically and collaboratively to develop and implement marketing strategies for programs and services
- Provide leadership for a educational delivery team; supervise, train, mentor, develop, and evaluate staff; oversee workflow and delegate assignments
Minimum
qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
· Associate degree or higher
· National Registry Paramedic
· NYS Certified Instructor Coordinator (ALS Endorsement)
· Advanced Burn Life Support
· Neonatal Resuscitation
