Digital Content Editor
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Digital Content Editor to join our communications team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our internal stakeholders and the organization’s communication platforms—transforming complex information into clear, compelling content that informs, connects, and inspires our internal audiences.
You’ll manage content from concept to publication, ensuring it’s accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice. If you love crafting stories, optimizing content for impact, and collaborating across diverse teams, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do

Be the go-to communications partner for internal stakeholders, guiding them through content creation and delivery

Curate and edit content from subject matter experts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and tone consistency

Publish and monitor content performance, using analytics and feedback to continuously improve engagement

Lead internal communication projects, from clinical program launches to research updates and educational campaigns

Empower contributors by developing templates, guides, and training resources
What We’re Looking For
Required
- BS/BA or higher in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a closely related field
- 2 or more years of experience in communications, editorial, or internal communications roles
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, higher education, or other complex organizations
- Background in delivering communications training or workshops

Compensation: It is expected that this position will start between $70,000 and $75,000 depending on experience
