Job Summary: The Echocardiograph Technician will provide Echo imaging services in our Hospital and Clinic settings. Studies performed include 2-D and 3-D echo exams, Transesophageal Echocardiography, exercise and pharmacologic Stress echocardiograms, and also participation in Echo's performed during procedures in the Heart and Vascular Center. Opportunities for on-going training and participation in Quality initiatives are available.              Minimum Qualifications:

Cardiac ultrasound experience and Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International, or eligible required. Current CPR-BLS certification required. Candidates with cardiac ultrasound experience who are not RDCS, RCS, or eligible will be considered for appointment at a commensurate salary, and will be required to obtain registration within one year of hire date.            

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree in related health field.

Work Days:

Days (may start as early as 7 am), rotating holiday and weekend coverage
