Job Summary:

The Employee Experience Associate creates an in-depth employee engagement experience.  The experience spans the acceptance of employment through the employee lifecycle and will encompass the Upstate culture. Duties include supporting the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of new hire onboarding programs that align with Upstate values and culture, shaping how new hires experience Upstate from day one and beyond, educating leaders and employees on ways to improve organizational culture and communication and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience across roles and departments. The candidate will be comfortable using technology and systems (online employee engagement system and learning platforms) to enact the employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and 5 years of learning and development, human resource, or relevant experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

5 or more years experience leading discussions on organizational culture and employee experience combined with the ability to strategize the same across communication and learning systems.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with flexibility
