Job Summary:

The Enrollment Operations Specialist works with the Director of Enrollment Operations to perform systems management relative to prospective student engagement, application processes, and the applicants accept to deposit process. This position has primary responsibilities with supporting our Admissions teams needs with our Customer Relationship Management systems while working to ensure that building in the CRM follows our data standards. Additionally, this position aids in ensuring a seamless experience for our prospective students by collaborating with Admissions staff, Student Life, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Affairs. This includes but is not limited to working with Admissions in oversight/completion of applicant data transfer process and application completion. The Enrollment Operations Specialist will assist in building out communication campaigns, processing applicant requirements and assist in maximizing the prospective student experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience or Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and a strong technical aptitude required. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Student Information Systems preferred. Experience with Banner, Argos and experience with Slate is preferred. Knowledge of customer relationship management databases preferred. Looking for detail oriented and highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines as well as the desire to continue to enhance and evolve existing processes.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, varies
