Job Summary:

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director in Hospital Administration. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the discretion to handle sensitive information. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing the day-to-day operations and supporting the strategic goals of the department.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience or Associates degree with four years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing and dynamic environment and can easily shift focus when urgent matters arise. Competency to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Visio.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. High level of attention to detail. Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday, Days with some weekend nights and evenings
