Job Summary:

Provides administrative support for Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Services. Schedule patient appointments, greet patients/visitors, answer phones, scanning, check-in process to include verifying patient demographics and insurance information, collect copay, new patient reminder calls, send notes to external referring providers and maintain no show list. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical office setting with excellent customer service skills, communication and computer skills. Capable of prioritizing and performing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:

For consideration for this title, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

One year full-time clerical, secretarial or patient care experience in a healthcare setting.

Work Days:

Schedule based on a 40 hour work. Monday-Friday Day shift
