Job Summary:
The Department of Human Resources is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with exceptional customer service and teamwork skills to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Manager of Compensation and Classification, the HR Compensation Analyst / HR Compensation Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization’s compensation and classification programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws and policies. This position is responsible for assisting in compensation and classification reviews, including market and internal equity analyses, job evaluations, and salary recommendations. The Analyst will participate in compensation and benefits surveys, support FLSA and compliance audits, and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of salary structures and compensation-related initiatives. Additional responsibilities include supporting review of job descriptions, assisting with system improvements, supporting HRIS processes, and collaborating with HR teams on organizational design and employee relations matters. Will support confirming appropriate titles and salaries for new hires, process promotions and salary actions, and validate that the internal tracking database is up to date and accurate. Also ensures new staff have completed the necessary requirements to commence employment, assists with New Employee Orientation (NEO) when needed, and performs other human resources-related duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service, communications, and analytical skills. Ability to work with sensitive information in a high volume, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Compensation and/or Classification area preferred. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
