Job Summary:

The ISO Management Representative (IMR) has responsibility in organization for planning, implementing and directing the ISO compliance program for ISO certification readiness. Supervises/implements ISO initiatives to ensure the implementation of ISO policy implementation and monitoring; audits related compliance activities; and maintains data management systems and reporting of audits and initiatives. Works with leadership team with responsibility for the provision of and supervision of ISO and quality education as well as auditing and improvement initiatives to support the efficient and effective operations of the organization. The IMR has the responsibility and authority for ensuring the Quality Management System elements are implemented and communicated. The IMR is responsible for the process of internal reviews and management reviews to ensure corrective and preventive actions are carried out and assessed. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or related field and three years of relevant experience in a healthcare, manufacturing or related environment required, plus strong planning, analytical, written/oral communication, procedure writing skills, and knowledge with quality system standards and processes required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree and experience with ISO 9001 standards preferred. Experience with Article 28 sites preferred.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday, days & weekends as needed
