Job Summary:

Performs routine and specialized Blood Bank tests and procedures. Prepares components as appropriate for transfusion.

Minimum Qualifications:

NYS license/registration or limited permit to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist and 2 years clinical lab experience required. Candidates with no clinical lab experience or with a NYS license/ registration or limited permit to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technician will be considered for appointment to a commensurate title and salary. Ability to distinguish colors required.

Work Days:

7:00 am-3:30 pm weekends and holidays on rotation
