Job Summary:

Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of Nuclear Medicine exams for Downtown and Community Campuses. Including complex cases involving multiple days and multiple room locations. Serves as a liaison to internal/external departments and agencies, coordinating procedures over multiple modalities and patient care areas. Assist supervisor, Radiologists and technologists with QA projects, Radionuclide Therapy utilization reporting requirements and other support duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and two years of experience in an administrative capacity (preferably in a healthcare environment) or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and computer skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare-related field. Very strong computer skills to include experience with Microsoft Office products such as excel, power-point and word.

Work Days:

8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday May need to start earlier.
