Job Summary:

Acts as a working team leader ensuring efficient staffing of registration sites by float pool staff, provides support and supervision to float pool, Kronos scheduling super-user ensuring consistent use of the Kronos system by managers and supervisors and takes float pool assignment as needed to fill gaps in registration staffing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate Degree and three years of relevant experience in a supervisory/administrative capacity OR the equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Health Access Associate (CHAA) required** **Candidates who do not currently possess CHAA will be required to obtain certification within 2 years of appointment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

CHAA (Certified Health Access Associate)
