Job Summary:

The Pediatric Oncology Nurse Navigator utilizes advanced clinical expertise to identify, implement and improve care processes by eliminating barriers to timely care across all segments of the healthcare continuum. The navigation model promotes timely diagnosis and treatment and aims to ensure seamless, coordinated care and services.

Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/ registered or eligible RN required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare related field, three (3) years post licensure RN experience, plus excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills required. CPR-BLS certification required by time of appointment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior case management or nurse navigator experience preferred.

Work Days:

Monday-Friday, Days
