Job Summary:

The role of a certified specialist/peer educator provides the patients with support from those who have lived experience, who can give an insider perspective and other resources to support patients' individualized recovery process. The Peer specialist will collaborate with the care team and the patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma is required and is currently certified as a peer specialist. A minimum of 1 year of work experience providing peer support. Graduate of a recognized peer specialist training program. Literacy skill in computer, Microsoft and electronic health records

Preferred Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experience 

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, Days and Evening hours
